While experimenting with Shopify store designs, I came across a product that resonated with me—No-Snore earplugs. It wasn’t just another e-commerce project; it was an opportunity to address a real-life issue that many couples face. I took on the challenge of creating the brand, the store, and the marketing strategy, focusing heavily on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. The results were outstanding, with the brand scaling from £0 to £500,000 in sales over 9 months through targeted campaigns.

My Approach

Although there wasn’t a highly detailed marketing strategy, the approach was clear: optimize the store for mobile and conversions. The website was specifically designed to maximize conversion rates, improving from 2.1% to over 4%. This focus on conversion rate optimization, along with engaging mobile users, played a key role in helping the brand scale from £100,000 to £500,000 in just a few months.
